Delivery
Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you need to confirm your order.
We will normally dispatch your order within 2 working days, and very often within one day. If there is any reason why dispatch of your order might be delayed, we will contact you by email and / or text. You will then have the option to cancel your order, if you would prefer.
Postage within Ireland will be by standard mail and by standard airmail to all other countries.
Delivery times
Delivery to addresses within the island of Ireland, will usually be within 2 days of leaving Lapa Beag.
Delivery to addresses in the rest of the EU, will usually be within 7 days of leaving Lapa Beag.
Delivery to addresses in the USA or Canada, will usually be within 10 days of leaving An Lapa Beag.
Delivery to addresses in Asia, Australia and New Zealand will usually be within 14 days of leaving Lapa Beag.
Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock we will inform you by email and may offer you an alternative or the opportunity to cancel.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. These are processed securely through Stripe Payments (see below).
All charges are in Euro.
Stripe Payments
All credit cards are processed securely through Stripe Payments.
Stripe is an Irish company and is one of the internet’s most secure payment service providers. Once your credit card has been processed your card details are deleted immediately.
Guarantee
We guarantee you will be happy with your purchase. Please return any unused item within 30 days if you are not satisfied. Postage will be at the customers expense, except in the case where the goods were faulty leaving us.
Colours
As regards colours, please accept that the colours you see on your screen may not be exactly the same as the actual garment colour, as computer screens vary.
